Family Celebration We had a wonderful stay at Kati Kaan. The property is as advertised, Jorge, Jackie and the team took great care of us with delicious food and drinks. They orchestrated a great birthday dinner for us complete with cake. We were so sad we had to leave!

Paradise! Amazing! This place is beautiful! We were in awe by the beauty, cleanliness, the ocean view, the food, staff, just everything. We can’t wait to come back. My kids enjoyed the pools, the ocean waves, and all the fun drinks that were made for them every day. The rooms were perfect and the beds were so comfortable. The food though, we loved everything, my kids ate everything. We were amazed by what was served and how we were treated. They knew what we needed before we did and the staff is just so friendly, but they also gave us the space we wanted as well. Thank you so much! What a perfect place!!!

Kati Ka’an is a magical oasis! Our family of five stayed for a few days to ring in the new year and it was truly delightful. Rito was excellent at communicating with us, the beach front property is stunning, the house is gorgeous and comfortable, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the food —prepared by the wonderfully talented Jackie — rivals the best restaurants. The only things to consider before booking are: 1) the road to the property is not easy. Rito had transportation arrangements made to/from the airport and it takes a while to get to/from the property due to the traffic in Tulum and the bumpy dirt road in the park. 2) if you intend to do a lot of excursions you’re better off either just deciding to cancel them and stay at the property (which is what we did and we don’t regret it), or factor the transportation into your plans. Overall we were incredibly pleased with our stay. We are so grateful that we discovered Kati Ka’an and we highly recommend it.
